Four fulfillment centers, and what each one reaches
- 500 mi Next day, Warp LTL
- 150 mi Same day freight, our cargo vans
- 30 mi Same day delivery, orders to the door
Everywhere else ships parcel ground from the closest center.
Shippers already moving freight on the Warp network your inventory would sit inside
The four fulfillment centers
One in each of the four metros where Warp already runs the most freight, so your pallets arrive on trucks that were coming anyway and your orders leave on a fleet that's already in the neighborhood.
How it works
1. Inbound rides Warp freight
Your pallets arrive on Warp LTL or a full truck, audited 24% lower per pallet across 86enterprise LTL migrations. No third party linehaul brokered on top of you, and the rate you're quoted is the rate you're invoiced.
2. Stored, scanned and photographed
Pallet day pricing with no minimum stay. Every pallet is scanned, timestamped and photographed at receipt, exceptions arrive with photos attached, and you see the storage bill before it hits, by dock, by SKU, by day.
3. Out the door, same day inside the ring
Orders within 30 miles deliver the same day. Parcel ships FedEx, UPS or USPS ground and express, with zone skipping to the injection point when volume supports it. Big and bulky rides Warp box trucks and cargo vans into the room. Wholesale replenishment leaves on Warp LTL or a full truck.
What ships from here
Store it in one place. Move it by parcel, cargo van, box truck, LTL or full truckload.
Warp runs these itself
Every order out ships on
Ground and express on FedEx, UPS and USPS. Same day inside the 30 mile ring around each fulfillment center, on Sway or our own cargo van fleet.
Pallets in and out ride

DaylightJP ExpBuilt for
Same day delivery within 30 miles, 4 metros
Brands whose customers cluster in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago or the New York metro and who want same day to be the default inside the ring, not a courier surcharge.
Micro fulfillment through 60 cross dock partners
Inventory staged near demand in metros that don't justify a full fulfillment center, so a next day promise holds without a second warehouse lease.
Pallet in, pallet out, 17 LTL carriers on the rail
Wholesale and retail replenishment: pallets received, sorted and consolidated, then out on Warp LTL or a full truck at the per pallet rate you were quoted, audited 24% lower per pallet.
Zone skipping from all 4 centers
Parcel volume consolidated onto Warp linehaul and injected close to the destination zone. How to set it up is on the zone skipping page.
Why inside the freight network
$0 in rebills: the rate you're quoted is the rate you're invoiced
Per pallet pricing, so there's no reclassification, no dim weight rebill and no accessorial you find out about on the invoice. One number per pallet, the same number on the invoice.
The freight is ours, not brokered on top of you
Inbound and outbound ride the Warp network itself, audited 24% lower per pallet across 86 enterprise LTL migrations.
$0 platform fee, $0 minimum stay, $0 per account charge
Pallet day pricing, so a slow month costs you what a slow month should. No software seat, no onboarding fee, no minimum pallet count to keep a rate.
Every pallet scanned, timestamped and photographed, 98.2% on time
Exceptions arrive with photos attached and get tracked to resolution, and you see the storage bill before it hits, by dock, by SKU, by day. The same scan trail runs the 800K+ shipments the network has completed.
Frequently asked questions
Does Warp offer fulfillment or warehousing?
Yes, fulfillment. Warp operates four fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and New Jersey with receiving, pallet and case storage, pick and pack, and outbound on the Warp freight network, plus 60 supporting cross dock partners. Programs are scoped on a strategy call; there's no self serve warehousing signup.
Which fulfillment providers also run their own freight network for inbound and outbound pallets?
Warp does. Most fulfillment providers broker the freight around the warehouse and mark it up; at Warp the inbound and outbound pallets ride Warp LTL and truckload, audited 24% lower per pallet across 86 enterprise LTL migrations, and the rate you're quoted is the rate you're invoiced.
Where are the Warp fulfillment centers?
Los Angeles (Wholesale Street), Dallas (Grand Prairie), Chicago (Bensenville) and New Jersey (Linden). Each one delivers same day within 30 miles, and 60 supporting cross dock partners around them handle micro fulfillment and pallet sort and consolidation closer to your customers.
Is there a 3PL that offers same day delivery within 30 miles of its fulfillment centers?
Yes. Warp Fulfillment delivers same day within 30 miles of each of its four fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and New Jersey. Any order going to an address inside that ring can deliver the same day, on Sway or on Warp's own cargo van fleet. It is a radius, not a cutoff time. Outside the ring, orders ship FedEx, UPS or USPS ground and express, ride zone skipping to the parcel injection point when volume supports it, or leave on Warp LTL and truckload for wholesale replenishment.
Does Warp pick and pack orders?
Yes. Receiving, pallet and case storage, pick and pack and outbound all run inside the Warp facility. The packing spec is agreed at intake, so the first orders ship the way you expect and exceptions arrive with photos attached.
What do the 60 cross dock partners do?
Two jobs. Micro fulfillment: inventory staged at a partner dock near a cluster of your customers, so a same day or next day promise holds in metros where you don't need a full fulfillment center. Pallet sort and consolidation: pallets built or split for retail replenishment and freight consolidated before it rides linehaul, so you pay for fewer, fuller moves.
How is Warp Fulfillment priced?
Pallet day storage with no minimum stay and no platform fee, plus Warp freight in and out at the per pallet rate you're quoted, which is the rate you're invoiced. The number is built from your order history on the strategy call. There's no self serve fulfillment quote, on purpose: the right placement across four centers depends on where your orders land.
Can I move freight on Warp without using fulfillment?
Yes. LTL, full truckload, box truck and cargo van all price instantly at the freight quote page and book online, no fulfillment required. Fulfillment is the layer for shippers who also want the inventory sitting inside the network the trucks already run.
Is there a minimum volume or a long term contract?
No minimum stay and no platform fee. Most brands start with a pilot at the one fulfillment center closest to their order density, then add centers as volume grows. A slow month costs you what a slow month should.
