One deployment is live in Warp cross-docks, and it is the one every other builds on.
An automated forklift unloads the inbound trailer and stages every pallet where the cameras say it goes. The cameras are fixed to the ceiling and map the floor live: what is on it, where, and for how long. Nothing connects to a WMS; the floor is the system of record. Multiple labor shifts came off the dock, and people are still on the floor doing the work a forklift cannot.
The other seven deployments are designed from that same map. Sortation, scanning and check-in read what the cameras see; the digital twin is the map with a clock on it; the sensors fill in what a camera cannot measure, dwell, throughput and equipment state.
How a deployment starts
A call, a floor walk, a design. Nothing is sold off a menu.
The call is with the people who run the cross-docks, not a sales pod. You describe the floor, the volume, the shift pattern and the thing that is slow or manual today. We walk it, on site or from your drawings, and come back with a design: which deployment, where it sits, what it reads, what it hands off to, and what a shift looks like once it is in. If the honest answer is that a deployment will not pay on your volume, that is the answer you get.
A deployment can run in your building or in one of ours. The 70+ warehouses on Warp software are the fallback for a shipper who wants the automation without owning the floor: your freight moves through a cross-dock that already has it.

Does Warp install robotics in my warehouse, or only in its own?
Both.
Every deployment can be designed for your building, and the same deployments run in Warp's own cross-docks, so a shipper who does not want to own the floor can route freight through a cross-dock that already has the automation.
Do I need a WMS integration to start?
No. The deployment running today, an automated forklift staging pallets under fixed cameras, runs with no WMS integration. The cameras and sensors are the system of record for the floor.
Integrations come later if you want the data in your own system.
Which deployment should a shipper start with?
The one that matches the slowest manual step on the floor today.
Most start with the camera map, because every other deployment reads from it, and the automated forklift, because trailer unloading is where the labor is.
The call is where that gets decided; nothing is sold off a menu.
How is a robotics deployment priced?
Per deployment, designed on the call from your floor, volume and shift pattern. There is no rate card for it, and if a deployment will not pay on your volume, the design says so.

Cargo vans handle loads up to 3,500 pounds and 400 cubic feet, ideal for time-sensitive deliveries, last-mile retail replenishment, and lightweight palletized freight.

Warp does not default every shipment to a 53-foot trailer. The AI engine evaluates load weight, cube, delivery window, and cost to recommend the right vehicle. Shippers see all available mode options with live pricing in one comparison screen before booking.
Cross-dock operations
Cross-docking at Warp facilities keeps freight moving instead of storing it: inbound freight is sorted and transferred directly to outbound vehicles, typically within hours. When inventory does need to sit, Warp's fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and New Jersey hold it inside the same network, with same day delivery within 30 miles of each.
