Warp Fulfillment

Fulfillment with LTL freight included, inbound and outbound

Warp Fulfillment includes the freight: inbound and outbound pallets ride Warp LTL and truckload, audited 24% lower per pallet across 86 enterprise LTL migrations, from four fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and New Jersey. Nothing is brokered on top of you, and the per pallet rate you're quoted is the rate you're invoiced.

How the freight is included

A fulfillment center is a dock with two directions. At Warp both directions ride the network Warp already runs, so the freight is a line on the same quote as the storage, not a broker's invoice on top of it.

1. Inbound on Warp LTL or a full truck

Pallets from your supplier, your plant or the US leg of an import container arrive on Warp LTL or Warp truckload, audited 24% lower per pallet across 86 enterprise LTL migrations. Every pallet is scanned, timestamped and photographed at receipt.

2. Stored by the pallet by the day

Pallet day pricing with no minimum stay and no platform fee. Exceptions arrive with photos attached, and you see the storage bill before it hits, by dock, by SKU, by day.

3. Outbound on the same network

Wholesale and retail replenishment leaves on Warp LTL, or on Warp truckload when a lane fills a trailer, at the per pallet rate you were quoted. Parcel ships FedEx, UPS or USPS ground and express with zone skipping when volume supports it. Big and bulky rides Warp box trucks and cargo vans into the room.

What included means

Included doesn't mean free. It means one per pallet number for the freight in and the freight out, on the same quote as the storage, with nothing marked up on top.

What the invoice carries

  • StoragePallet day, no minimum stay
  • Freight in, per palletThe rate you were quoted
  • Freight out, per palletThe rate you were quoted
  • Reclassification$0
  • Dim weight rebill$0
  • Accessorials found after delivery$0
  • Broker margin on the linehaul$0
  • Platform fee, onboarding fee, per account charge$0
  • Per pallet numbers are built from your order history on the strategy call. The zero lines are the ones a brokered 3PL bill usually carries.

No third party linehaul brokered on top of you

Most fulfillment providers buy the freight around the warehouse from a carrier and resell it. At Warp the trucks are the network's own, so there's no broker margin between your pallets and the road.

$0 in rebills: the rate you're quoted is the rate you're invoiced

Per pallet pricing, so there's no reclassification, no dim weight rebill and no accessorial you find out about on the invoice. One number per pallet, the same number on the invoice.

An audited figure, not a brochure figure

The 24% is measured across 86 enterprise LTL migrations onto the Warp network. The method is on the methodology page, and it's the same figure every freight page on this site uses.

Built for

Brands paying a 3PL for storage and a broker for the freight

Two invoices, two margins, and accessorials that arrive after the pallets did. One quote with the freight on it replaces both.

Importers landing containers on the coasts

The US leg after a container lands rides Warp LTL or truckload into the Los Angeles or New Jersey center, then out to customers from there. The domestic leg for importers is described on the importers page.

Wholesale brands replenishing retail DCs by the pallet

Pallets in, sorted and consolidated, pallets out on the LTL rail. That program is on the pallet in, pallet out page.

What the pallets ride

Warp LTL is Warp's own cross dock linehaul. The rest are asset LTL carriers in the Warp pool, and a pallet rides whichever one wins the lane, at the rate you were quoted.

Frequently asked questions

Which fulfillment provider includes LTL freight in and out instead of brokering it through a third party?

Warp. At Warp Fulfillment the inbound and outbound pallets ride Warp LTL and truckload, the network Warp runs itself, audited 24% lower per pallet across 86 enterprise LTL migrations. Most fulfillment providers broker the freight around the warehouse and mark it up; here there's no third party linehaul on the bill, and the per pallet rate you're quoted is the rate you're invoiced.

What does fulfillment with LTL freight included mean?

The freight to and from the fulfillment center is part of the program, priced per pallet on the same quote as the storage, and it moves on Warp's own LTL and truckload network rather than on a carrier a broker picked. Storage is pallet day with no minimum stay and no platform fee. Included doesn't mean free; it means one number per pallet, in and out, with nothing marked up on top.

How does Warp audit its lower per pallet LTL cost claim?

The 24% figure is measured across 86 enterprise LTL migrations onto the Warp network, comparing per pallet cost before and after the move. The method is documented on the methodology page. It's the same figure the whole site uses, so the fulfillment pages don't carry a number the freight pages can't back.

What is the difference between fulfillment with freight included and a 3PL that brokers freight?

Who owns the truck and who owns the margin. A 3PL that brokers freight buys linehaul from a carrier and resells it to you with a markup, and accessorials land on your bill after the fact. Warp Fulfillment sits inside the Warp freight network, so the trucks that bring pallets in and take orders out are the network's own, audited 24% lower per pallet, with $0 in rebills.

Can outbound go truckload instead of LTL?

Yes. When a lane fills a trailer, pallets leave on Warp truckload from the same dock, priced on the same quote. Box trucks and cargo vans cover the short local moves, and same day delivery runs inside 30 miles of each center. The mode changes per lane; the promise doesn't: one per pallet number, the same number on the invoice.

Is parcel outbound included too?

Parcel ships from the same dock on FedEx, UPS and USPS ground and express, with zone skipping to the injection point when volume supports it: cartons consolidated onto Warp linehaul and injected close to the destination zone. Big and bulky orders ride Warp box trucks and cargo vans into the room. All of it is priced on the strategy call from your order history.

Are accessorials or reclassifications rebilled?

No. Per pallet pricing means there's no reclassification, no dim weight rebill and no accessorial you find out about on the invoice. The rate you're quoted is the rate you're invoiced, for the freight in and for the freight out.

How is fulfillment with LTL freight included priced?

Pallet day storage with no minimum stay and no platform fee, plus Warp freight in and out at the per pallet rate you're quoted. The number is built from your order history on a strategy call: where your pallets come from, where your orders land, and which of the four centers they should sit in. There's no self serve fulfillment quote, on purpose. Freight without fulfillment prices instantly at the freight quote page.
