How pallet in, pallet out works
Freight arrives as pallets and leaves as pallets. The work in between is the point: pallets built to the destination's spec and freight consolidated so fewer, fuller trucks leave the dock.
1. Pallets in on Warp freight
Your pallets arrive on Warp LTL or a full truck, audited 24% lower per pallet across 86 enterprise LTL migrations, into Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago or New Jersey. Every pallet is scanned, timestamped and photographed at receipt, and exceptions arrive with photos attached.
2. Sorted and consolidated for the destination
Mixed inbound pallets become store ready pallets. Partial pallets for the same destination become one full one. Freight for the same region is consolidated before it rides linehaul, at the center or at one of 60supporting cross dock partners closer to where it's going.
3. Out on the rail at the rate you were quoted
Pallets leave on one of 17 LTL carriers, chosen per lane, or on Warp truckload when a lane fills a trailer. One per pallet number, the same number on the invoice, whichever trailer the pallet lands on.
Where the pallets land
One center in each of the four metros where Warp already runs the most freight. Pick the one nearest your inbound or your retail DCs and the call starts there.
The 17 carrier pallet rail
Warp LTL is Warp's own cross dock linehaul. The rest are asset LTL carriers in the Warp pool, and a pallet rides whichever one wins the lane.

Built for
Retail DC and store replenishment
Pallets built to the retailer's routing guide, appointment coordinated, out on the rail. The delivery program itself is on the store replenishment page.
Pool distribution into regional DCs
Freight for one region consolidated onto one linehaul and broken back into pallets near the destination. How the pool works is on the pool distribution page.
Amazon FBA inbound and vendor consolidation
Pallets into Amazon fulfillment centers with the delivery appointment included, and inbound from several vendors consolidated into one delivery. Those programs are on the Amazon sellers page and the inbound vendor consolidation page.
Why inside the freight network
The freight is ours, not brokered on top of you
Inbound and outbound ride the Warp network itself, audited 24% lower per pallet across 86 enterprise LTL migrations. How the freight is included is its own page.
$0 in rebills: the rate you're quoted is the rate you're invoiced
Per pallet pricing, so there's no reclassification, no dim weight rebill and no accessorial you find out about on the invoice.
$0 platform fee, $0 minimum stay, $0 per account charge
Pallet day pricing, so a slow month costs you what a slow month should. No software seat, no onboarding fee, no minimum pallet count to keep a rate.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a pallet in pallet out fulfillment provider that runs its own LTL network for retail replenishment?
Yes, Warp. Warp Fulfillment receives pallets at four fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and New Jersey, sorts and consolidates them for retail replenishment, and sends them out on a rail of 17 LTL carriers or on Warp truckload. The inbound and outbound freight is the Warp network itself, audited 24% lower per pallet across 86 enterprise LTL migrations, not a broker's linehaul marked up on top of the storage bill.
What does pallet in pallet out fulfillment mean?
Freight that arrives as pallets and leaves as pallets, with the work in between done at the dock: receiving, pallet and case storage, pallets built or split to a retailer's spec, and freight consolidated so fewer, fuller trucks leave. It's the B2B side of fulfillment, as opposed to picking single units into parcels, and at Warp it runs from the same four centers with the same pallet day pricing.
Which LTL carriers move pallets out of a Warp fulfillment center?
17 carriers sit on the rail: Warp LTL, ODFL, FedEx, XPO, Estes, Saia, ABF, R+L, PITT, Averitt, AAA, TForce, Ward, Fwd Air, Pyle, Daylight, JP Exp. Warp LTL is Warp's own cross dock linehaul; the rest are asset carriers in the Warp pool. Which one a pallet rides is chosen per lane, and the per pallet rate you're quoted is the rate you're invoiced whichever carrier's trailer it lands on.
How does a B2B fulfillment center sort and consolidate pallets for retail replenishment?
Two ways. Pallets are built or split to the destination's spec: a mixed inbound pallet becomes store ready pallets, or several partial pallets become one full one. Then freight for the same region is consolidated before it rides linehaul, so you pay for fewer, fuller moves. Warp does this at the four centers and at 60 supporting cross dock partners closer to the destination.
Can pallets go out as a full truckload instead of LTL?
Yes. When a lane fills a trailer, the pallets leave on Warp truckload from the same dock, priced on the same quote. Box trucks and cargo vans cover the short local moves. All of it is Warp's own network, so the mode changes and the promise doesn't: one per pallet number, the same number on the invoice.
Can pallets ship straight to a retailer DC or an Amazon fulfillment center?
Yes. Retail DC and store deliveries run with the appointment coordination and pallet build the retailer's routing guide asks for, and Amazon FBA inbound runs with the delivery appointment included. The store replenishment and Amazon seller pages describe those programs; this page is about the fulfillment center the pallets leave from.
How is pallet in pallet out fulfillment priced?
Pallet day storage with no minimum stay and no platform fee, plus Warp freight in and out at the per pallet rate you're quoted, which is the rate you're invoiced. No reclassification, no accessorial you find out about on the bill. The number is built from your order history on a strategy call, so there's no self serve quote here on purpose.
