SECTION 1 — GENERAL APPLICATION

ITEM 100: Governing Publications

This tariff governs all LTL shipments transported by WARP unless superseded by agreement. External LTL carriers’ published rules apply when they handle freight.

ITEM 110: Packaging Requirements

Shipper must package freight to withstand LTL transit. Improper packaging voids liability.

ITEM 120: Shipment Documentation

A Bill of Lading is required. BOL corrections incur a $15 fee.


SECTION 2 — ACCESSORIAL DEFINITIONS & CHARGES

Ferry Charge

Fee applied when freight requires movement via public ferry. Charged at receipt cost + 10%, $10 minimum.

Lumper / Driver Assist

Applied when outside labor is required for loading/unloading. Receipt Cost + 10%, $10 minimum.

Tolls

Charges from toll roads, tunnels, or bridges. Receipt Cost + 10%, $10 minimum.

Inside Delivery

$5 per piece, $35 minimum. Freight moved beyond exterior door.

Residential Delivery

Delivery to a non-commercial location. Charge waived. Inside delivery not offered.

Liftgate Service

Use of liftgate equipment. Charge waived.

Delivery Appointment

Scheduled delivery window at customer request. Charge waived.

Storage

$45/day after 3 free days.  Storage starts the day that the freight is scanned on the delivering dock. If scanned on Thursday, the first free day is Friday.  If scanned on Friday, the first free day is Monday.

Limited Access Delivery

Restricted access locations. Charge waived.

Notify Prior to Delivery

Customer notification call before delivery. Charge waived.

Weight & Inspection

$15 per reweigh or measurement inspection.

BOL Change Fee

Changes/corrections to Bill of Lading. $15.

Pallet Jack Service

Use of pallet jack when necessary. $100.

Debris Removal

Removal of packaging debris. $45.

LTL Detention (0800–1700)

30 free minutes, then $1 per minute.

LTL Detention (After Hours 1800–0700)

30 free minutes, then $2 per minute.

TL Detention With Power

2 free hours, then $75/hour.

TL Detention Without Power

Charge TBD.

Cross-Dock Pallets

$15 in and $15 out max $350 per BOL.

Cross-Dock Labor

$45 per pallet+ cost of pallet for palletizing and shrink wrap.

Pallet Cost

$35 per pallet.

Devanning – Palletized

$25 per pallet.

Devanning – Floor Loaded

$650 per trailer.

Extra Man Delivery

$300. When a delivery needs two people to unload the freight

Redelivery

Spot quote based on miles.

Tradeshow/Convention/CFS

Charge waived; detention applies.

Same-Day Service

Spot quote based on miles.

TSA-Certified Driver

$45. When a shipment picking up is needing a TSA due to the shipment being airfreight

Reconsignment

$35 plus cost of extra miles.

Sort & Seg

$5 per box, $35 minimum.

Cubic Capacity Rule

No cubic rules under WARP LTL. External carriers apply their own rules.

Linear Foot Rule

No linear foot rules under WARP LTL. External carriers apply their own rules.

Limited Access Location Definition

Malls, strip malls, restaurants, military bases, schools, hospitals, prisons, places of worship, mines, construction sites, farms, golf courses, storage units.

Prohibited Services

Excessive Declared value, blind shipment, COD, freeze protect, HazMat, pallet exchange.

Liability

$2.50/lb, max $1,000, exclusions apply (Section5 shows all exclusion details)  Excluded items will not be covered.

Proof of Delivery (POD) MUST be signed as damaged, torn, tampered, missing boxes for claim to be considered.  

Concealed damage not be considered if POD is not documented at the time of delivery.

Pallet Rate Program

One pallet ≤50×50×85" and ≤2000 lbs. Overhang and every extra 50" counts as an additional pallet space.


SECTION 3 — RATING PROVISIONS

ITEM 500: Pallet Rate Program

A pallet space equals 50”×50”×85” and ≤2000lbs. Overhang counts toward dimensions. Additional pallet charges apply in50" increments.

Example 1: 150”long will be charged 3 skids

Example 2: 60x60will be charged 4 skids

ITEM 510: Linear Foot & Cubic Capacity Rules

No LTL cubic or linear foot rules apply under WARP LTL. External carriers apply their own rules when used.


SECTION 4 — LIABILITY & CLAIMS

ITEM 600: Standard Liability

Liability limited to $2.50/lb, maximum $1,000. Several items are excluded including glass, mirrors, bulbs, stone unless crated, vape items, and improperly packaged freight.

ITEM 610: Filing of Claims

Claim can only be filed by the customer paying the freight charges to Warp. We will not accept any filings by Shippers, Consignees, or 3rd Parties if they are not Warp’s actual paying party.

ITEM 620: Claim Requirements

POD must note any visible damage, shortage, or tampering. Failure to note exceptions may void eligibility for claims.

Items 630: Freight Charges

Freight charges will only be considered in the claim if no freight was delivered. If part of the shipment was delivered without damage then total freight charges are due.


SECTION 5 — PROHIBITED COMMODITIES

HazMat, hazardous waste, CBD/THC/cannabis, carbon black, explosives, firearms, ammunition, furs, taxidermy, live plants/animals, artwork, antiques, museum items, precious metals/stones, and bulk liquids are prohibited.


SECTION 6 — PAYMENT TERMS

ITEM 700: Credit Terms

Invoices due within 15 days.

ITEM 710: Credit Card Payments

3.95% fee applies to all credit card payments.
