Want the interactive version? The product's landing page runs this same example with a live quantity picker, in English or 简体中文.

What a buyer sees on your product page

The photo, the price, the minimum order and the production time, then a shipping estimate to their own ZIP, all on one page they can act on.

A photo or a spreadsheet shows what you make. A Warp product page also shows what it costs to get it to the buyer's dock. The buyer enters a quantity, a US destination ZIP and any delivery needs, such as a liftgate or a residential address. The page returns the transportation choices available for that shipment, each with its price and its reported transit time.

The product subtotal and the transportation estimate stay on separate lines. A combined total appears only when both use the same currency, and it's labeled as before duties and taxes. Carrier transit and your production time are shown apart, because they are different clocks.

When the buyer is ready, they send an inquiry with their contact and destination details. That's a sales inquiry into your workspace. It isn't a payment and it isn't a carrier booking.

How a factory sets it up

Five steps, and you see your own shipping estimate before any buyer does.

  1. Create your account

Sign up in English or Simplified Chinese and confirm your email. Onboarding asks for your company, your factory pickup city and your first product.

  2. Add or import your products

Upload a product photo, or import an existing catalog from your website, a PDF, a spreadsheet or an image. Imported products land as drafts you review. Missing packing data has to come from you.

  3. Fill in the commercial and packing terms

Unit price, minimum order, production time, units per carton, packed carton dimensions and weight. Map the pickup city so the shipment can be rated.

  4. Check the estimate yourself first

Enter a sample quantity and a US ZIP you know a buyer uses. You see the same transportation options the buyer will, before you share anything.

  5. Publish and send the link

Copy the product page link into the email, chat or WeChat thread you already have open with that buyer.

Onboarding, product pages and the workspace run in English and Simplified Chinese. 用简体中文创建产品目录.

From an inquiry to a booked shipment

You confirm the sale with your buyer the way you already do. Warp comes in when the goods are packed.

The inquiry and the buyer's contact details land in your workspace, with notes and a follow-up date so the relationship stays organized. You create a merchandise offer. The buyer accepts its terms and confirms the delivery address through a private link. Acceptance collects no money and books no freight.

You collect payment for the goods directly, through whatever process you use today. When the order is ready, you confirm the packing, the ship date, the HS code and the USD declared value, pull current freight options and pick one. The booking form covers pickup, delivery and customs details, including a different importer or exporter of record, tax IDs, PO numbers and references.

You pay Warp for transportation through the existing Stripe checkout. Warp authorizes the payment, submits the booking and captures the payment after the booking succeeds. From there you follow shipment status, keep your order milestones current and share order documents. Your buyer gets a reorder link that pulls fresh pricing next time.

Who pays whom

The buyer pays you for the goods. You pay Warp for the transportation. Warp never touches your merchandise revenue.

Invoices and packing lists you issue from the workspace are factory documents. They don't prove payment, and they say so.

What qualifies for instant freight checkout today

Creating a catalog is open to any factory. The instant freight flow rates China pickups on EXW terms, in whole cartons, up to 1,000 cartons.

When no option comes back, the page says so. An unavailable rate never turns into a placeholder dollar amount. A Warp operator picks up review cases, customs questions and booking exceptions.

The math on the page

Product subtotal plus the selected transportation estimate equals the combined estimate before duties and taxes, where both amounts use the same currency.

That's the whole formula, and the page never shows more than it can stand behind. There's no all-in landed price, because duties depend on the HS code and the importer. There's no guaranteed delivery date, because carrier transit and your production time are separate. There's no starting rate for China to the US, because the only rate worth showing is the one returned for the actual cartons going to the actual ZIP.

Built for factories that already have US buyers

Send your next US buyer a product page with shipping options instead of another spreadsheet and a separate freight email.

The first factories on Warp are small and midsize manufacturers already selling repeat B2B orders to US customers, with an owner or export sales lead who personally handles the product and shipping questions. Standard, nonhazardous goods with reliable carton data and EXW orders fit the instant flow best. Products that ship on pallets, much furniture for example, still get a catalog page, and their freight goes to review.

You don't need a Shopify store or a WeChat mini program. The product page is a normal web link that pastes into any conversation. Check the link opens for your buyers where they are before you count on it, and start with a buyer you already have a next order with.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free product catalog with ocean and air shipping estimates for factories selling to US buyers?

Yes. Warp for manufacturers is free catalog software. There's no listing fee and no fee on your merchandise.

Each product page returns the ocean and air options available for the buyer's quantity and US ZIP. Transportation is priced separately and paid to Warp at booking.

Import duties and taxes are additional.

How can a Chinese factory show a US buyer shipping costs on a product page?

Publish the product on Warp with its packed carton dimensions, weight, units per carton and mapped pickup city, then share the page link.

The buyer enters a quantity and a US ZIP and the page returns the ocean and air options available for that shipment, each with its price and transit days, priced apart from the goods.

Who collects payment for the products?

You do, directly from your buyer, under your existing terms. Warp doesn't collect merchandise revenue and doesn't make factory payouts. Your factory pays Warp for transportation when you book it.

Are the shipping prices on the product page guaranteed?

They're estimates returned by Warp's rating integration for that quantity and destination, each with a validity window. An expired quote asks for refreshed pricing before booking.

Duties and taxes are additional, and delivery dates aren't guaranteed.

Does every product page show ocean and air rates?

No. Ocean and air options appear only when they come back for that shipment. Pallet or container packing, other origins and other terms go to a Warp operator for review.

A no-match state stays visible instead of turning into a placeholder number.

Does Warp verify factories or guarantee buyers?

No. A catalog page and the opt-in directory don't imply verification, and Warp doesn't supply buyers. The launch approach is your existing customers first, then referrals and repeat orders.

Do I need a Shopify store or a WeChat mini program?

No. Each product page is a normal web link you paste into email, chat or WeChat. Confirm your buyers can open the link where they are; a native integration isn't required.

Can I use it in Chinese?

Yes. Sign-up, onboarding, product pages and the workspace run in English and Simplified Chinese, and a buyer can switch languages on the page they open.

What does Warp need to book the freight?

A confirmed nonhazardous shipment in whole cartons, a valid HS code, a positive USD declared value, a mapped China pickup city on EXW terms and a ship date within 7 days.

The booking form also takes importer and exporter of record details, tax IDs, PO numbers and references.

About the Warp freight network

More about the Warp freight network
70+cross-dock facilities
6,800+Warp LTL lanes
14,000+vans & box trucks
24,000+vetted FTL carriers

Warp is a technology-driven freight network that combines cargo van, box truck, LTL, and FTL capacity under one operating system. Shippers get instant rates, real-time tracking, and access to 70+ cross-dock facilities and 14,000+ cargo vans and box trucks — with 80%+ US LTL zip-to-zip coverage and nationwide FTL, box truck, and cargo van.

The network is supported by 24,000+ vetted FTL carriers.

Unlike traditional brokers, Warp uses AI to match the right vehicle to every load based on weight, dimensions, urgency, and cost targets. Cross-dock operations reduce transit time by eliminating unnecessary terminal transfers.

Pool distribution and zone-skipping programs help enterprise shippers lower per-unit delivery costs while maintaining tight appointment windows.

Self-serve shippers can quote, compare, and book freight online in under two minutes. Enterprise accounts get dedicated capacity planning, committed rate programs, and a named operations team. Every shipment includes scan-level visibility from pickup through final delivery.

Warp operates across the contiguous United States with regional density in the Southeast, Texas, Midwest, and Northeast corridors, and West Coast and Southwest coverage from Los Angeles, Seattle and Phoenix.

Warp operates 70+ cross-dock facilities across the US, with named markets including Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, New York, Savannah, Orlando, Charlotte, Indianapolis, Columbus, Denver, New Orleans, Milwaukee, Dallas-Fort Worth, Nashville, Phoenix, Tampa Bay, Seattle, Los Angeles. They support faster transfers and fewer touches on recurring lanes.

Freight modes and vehicle types

Box truck10,000 lbs1,500 cu ftRegional distribution, no dock required
LTLPer-palletShared trailerLower per-pallet cost via cross-dock routing
Dry van / FTL42,000+ lbsFull 53-ft trailerHigh-volume lanes, recurring programs

Cargo vans handle loads up to 3,500 pounds and 400 cubic feet, ideal for time-sensitive deliveries, last-mile retail replenishment, and lightweight palletized freight.

Box trucks carry up to 10,000 pounds and 1,500 cubic feet, fitting most regional distribution and store delivery needs without requiring a loading dock.

Dry vans and full truckloads move 42,000+ pounds for high-volume lanes and recurring programs. LTL shipments share trailer space on optimized routes through Warp cross-docks, reducing per-pallet cost by consolidating multiple shippers on the same vehicle.

Warp does not default every shipment to a 53-foot trailer. The AI engine evaluates load weight, cube, delivery window, and cost to recommend the right vehicle. Shippers see all available mode options with live pricing in one comparison screen before booking.

Cross-dock operations

Cross-docking at Warp facilities keeps freight moving instead of storing it: inbound freight is sorted and transferred directly to outbound vehicles, typically within hours. When inventory does need to sit, Warp's fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and New Jersey hold it inside the same network, with same day delivery within 30 miles of each.

This reduces dwell time, lowers damage risk, and compresses delivery windows. Warp cross-docks support pallet-in, pallet-out operations with scan-level tracking at every handoff point.

  • Atlanta — Southeast retail flow
  • Chicago — Midwest manufacturing and replenishment
  • Houston — Texas industrial distribution
  • New York — dense Northeast delivery

Facility locations are selected for corridor density: Atlanta handles Southeast retail flow, Chicago serves Midwest manufacturing and replenishment, Houston covers Texas industrial distribution, and New York supports dense Northeast delivery. Each facility operates on appointment-based scheduling to prevent congestion and maintain throughput consistency.

Enterprise freight programs

Enterprise shippers get committed rate programs, dedicated account management, and custom SLA design. Warp builds lane-by-lane rate structures that account for volume commitments, seasonal variation, and mode flexibility. Operations teams monitor shipment execution daily and intervene proactively when exceptions occur.

Self-serve freight quoting

Shippers enter origin and destination, load details, and delivery requirements to see live rates across all available modes. Quotes include estimated transit time, vehicle type, and total cost.

Booking takes one click. After booking, shippers track every shipment with real-time GPS location, milestone updates, and proof of delivery documentation.

Industries and use cases

Retail shippers use Warp for store replenishment programs that deliver to hundreds of locations per week on tight appointment windows. Apparel brands use zone skipping to bypass regional parcel sortation and reduce per-unit delivery cost.

Food and beverage companies rely on time-definite delivery for perishable goods. Manufacturing operations use Warp for inbound vendor consolidation, combining multiple supplier shipments into fewer, fuller loads through cross-dock facilities.

Distribution companies use pool distribution to serve multiple delivery points from a single origin, splitting full truckloads at cross-docks into smaller last-mile vehicles.

Urgent freight recovery covers emergency capacity needs when primary carriers fail or demand spikes unexpectedly. Middle-mile optimization reduces cost and transit time on the longest segment of multi-leg shipments.
