Warp Fulfillment

Same day delivery fulfillment within 30 miles of each center

Warp Fulfillment delivers same day within 30 miles of each of its four fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and New Jersey, on Sway or on Warp's own cargo vans. It's a radius, not a cutoff time: any order to an address inside the ring can leave the same day it's picked, and the same fleet runs same day cargo van and box truck freight under 150 miles.

How the 30 mile ring works

Same day delivery is the default for any address inside 30miles of the fulfillment center holding the inventory. There's no courier to book and no surcharge to add; the vans already run the metro.

1. Inventory sits in the center nearest your customers

Your pallets arrive on Warp LTL or a full truck, audited 24% lower per pallet across 86 enterprise LTL migrations, into Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago or New Jersey, whichever center your order history points at. Every pallet is scanned, timestamped and photographed at receipt.

2. Orders inside the ring are picked, packed and out the door

Pick and pack runs inside the Warp facility to the packing spec agreed at intake. An order going to an address inside the 30mile ring leaves on Sway or on a Warp cargo van and delivers the same day it's picked.

3. Same day freight to 150 miles

Cargo van and box truck freight stays same day out to 150 miles from the center: a replenishment order for a store across the metro, a case of parts for a job site, a big and bulky delivery into the room.

Who drives it

Inside the ring the order rides Sway or Warp's own fleet. Outside it, the same dock hands parcel to the national carriers.

Outside the ring, ground and express

Sway is a partner fleet; the cargo vans and box trucks are Warp's. Neither is a courier booked per order, so neither is a line on your invoice.

What ships outside the ring

Every order still leaves the day it's picked; only the delivery promise changes with distance.

Parcel ground and express

FedEx, UPS and USPS ground and express from the same dock, with zone skipping to the injection point when volume supports it.

Pallets on Warp LTL and truckload

Wholesale and retail replenishment leaves on Warp LTL or a full truck at the per pallet rate you were quoted. How the freight is included is its own page.

Micro fulfillment nearer the next cluster

When a cluster of customers sits outside every ring, inventory can stage at one of 60 supporting cross dock partners instead. That's micro fulfillment.

Built for

Brands with customers clustered in four metros

Order density in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago or the New York metro, and a same day promise you want to be the default inside the ring instead of a courier line at checkout.

Big and bulky, same day, into the room

Furniture, fitness equipment and appliances on Warp box trucks and cargo vans with inside delivery. The service itself is described on the big and bulky final mile page.

Same day store and site replenishment

A store across town or a job site short on parts, restocked from the center on a Warp van or box truck the same day the order lands.

Why a radius and not a cutoff

A cutoff is a promise about your clock. A radius is a promise about the map

Warp can't control when your customers order. It can control where the vans are, and they're already inside the ring. So the promise is stated as 30 miles from the center, and the order clock for your account is agreed at intake with the packing spec.

The fleet is ours, not a courier on top of you

Inside the ring an order rides Sway or a Warp cargo van. There's no third party courier to book per order and no courier margin on the invoice.

$0 in rebills: the rate you're quoted is the rate you're invoiced

Per pallet pricing for the freight in and out, pallet day pricing for storage, no minimum stay and no platform fee. Same day inside the ring isn't a surcharge line.

Frequently asked questions

Which fulfillment providers offer same day delivery on their own cargo vans instead of a courier add on?

Warp does. Warp Fulfillment delivers same day within 30 miles of each of its four fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and New Jersey, on Sway or on Warp's own cargo van fleet, and the same fleet covers same day freight on cargo vans and box trucks under 150 miles. Most fulfillment providers add a courier on top of the order and a fee on top of the courier; here the vans already belong to the network your inventory sits inside.

How far does same day delivery reach from each Warp fulfillment center?

30 miles. Any order to an address inside the 30 mile ring around the Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago or New Jersey center can deliver the same day it's picked. Between 30 and 150 miles, same day still runs for cargo van and box truck freight. Past that, orders ship parcel ground and express or ride Warp LTL and truckload.

Is same day delivery a cutoff time or a distance?

A distance. Warp states the promise as a 30 mile radius around each fulfillment center because that's the part of the promise the network controls: the vans are already in the metro. The order clock for your account is set at intake alongside the packing spec, so there's no sitewide cutoff to miss.

Which 3PLs offer same day delivery in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and New Jersey?

Warp Fulfillment runs same day delivery from one center in each: Los Angeles (Wholesale Street), Dallas (Grand Prairie), Chicago (Bensenville) and New Jersey (Linden), which covers the New York metro. Each center delivers same day within 30 miles on Sway or Warp cargo vans. The four sit where Warp already runs the most freight, so your pallets arrive on trucks that were coming anyway.

What happens to orders outside a fulfillment center same day delivery radius?

They still ship the same day they're picked, just not for same day delivery. Under 150 miles from the center, cargo van and box truck freight is still same day. Beyond that, parcel goes FedEx, UPS or USPS ground and express, rides zone skipping to the injection point when volume supports it, and pallets leave on Warp LTL or a full truck.

Can big and bulky orders deliver the same day?

Yes, inside the same 30 mile ring and on the same Warp fleet, with inside delivery on Warp box trucks and cargo vans. Big and bulky final mile is a standing Warp service, so a sofa and a case of parts leave the same dock on the same day. Details are on the big and bulky final mile page.

How is same day delivery fulfillment priced?

Pallet day storage with no minimum stay and no platform fee, plus Warp freight in and out at the per pallet rate you're quoted, which is the rate you're invoiced. Same day inside the ring isn't a surcharge line on top; it's the default for addresses inside 30 miles. The number is built from your order history on a strategy call, so there's no self serve quote here on purpose.

How do I check whether my customers are inside a same day ring?

Type a delivery ZIP into the ring check on this page. It names the nearest of the four centers, the distance, and whether that ZIP is inside the 30 mile same day ring, under 150 miles for same day cargo van and box truck freight, or on the wider network. Distances use ZIP centroids and nothing is saved.
