Where supplier freight ends and the shop’s begins
Suppliers include freight above a threshold and stop there. These are the published lines.

A distributor's day is twelve pallets to twelve shops in nine states, and the failure mode is the reconciliation: twelve quotes, twelve liftgate lines, a reweigh on the syrup pallet three weeks later.

How a boba pallet rides
Cases of pearls and syrup are dense and stack square, so a 48 by 40 pallet carries a lot before it gets tall: keep it under about 72 inches, heavy cases low, cups and sealing film on top, and stretch wrap it top to bottom.
Nothing on the pallet needs temperature control at LTL transit times, and nothing on it is a prohibited commodity.
Put the shop's name, phone and unit number on two sides so the driver finds the door in the strip.
What Warp does not do for a boba shop
