How the Tucson shows receive freight
Each show publishes its own window and its own fees. These are the rows that touch a pallet.
Nothing below is Warp's rule; it is the show's, quoted from its exhibitor pages with the source under the table.
Warp's driver delivers to the venue's receiving area inside the window and picks up staged pallets at move out.
Advance receiving, forklift, booth delivery and on site packing belong to each show's named freight desk, and their fees never appear on a Warp invoice.

- Tucson Expo Center, 3750 E Irvington Rd. Advance shipments cannot be shipped directly to the Expo Center before official move in; the show names its advance pallet handler in the exhibitor kit. A company rep must be in the booth to receive, since venue staff cannot sign.

- JOGS delivery fees for freight that is not UPS: $150 per pallet, $75 per pallet if UPS shipped, $10 per box from the on site UPS station. Forklifts are available if ordered in advance.

- 993 S Freeway. Forklift is $50 for the first pallet and $25 for each additional, cash only, on site. Early pallet delivery on January 23 to 24, 2027 is $325 and does not allow setup on those days. Named contractors: a pack and ship desk at the North End and a local moving and warehouse company.

- 198 S Granada Ave. No shipments are accepted before the Saturday before opening at noon. The exhibitor must be present; GJX and venue staff are not authorized to sign. Forklift by a labor order form.

The Tucson showcase, 2027
Late January to mid February, dozens of shows across the city, and the wholesale days open before the public ones.
The receiving window in your exhibitor kit is the date that matters, not the opening date.
Quote the lane when the kit lands so the appointment is booked against the window, and book the outbound pickups on the last day against move out.

What Warp does not do at a Tucson show
Forklift work, booth delivery, packing, crating or storage inside a venue: those are the show's freight desk, billed on its sheet.
Warp does not carry precious metals or stones, artwork, antiques or museum pieces on LTL (tariff Section 5); JOGS lists armored carriers for that inventory.
Minerals, fossils, crystals, beads, lapidary rough, cases, lighting and fixtures ride as ordinary palletized freight.
For a whole booth on a dedicated 26 ft box truck, the liftgate is standard and the price is one number for the truck.
Frequently asked questions
Does Warp charge a convention center or trade show fee at the Tucson gem shows?
No.
Convention and trade show pickup and delivery is a $0 line on Warp's published LTL tariff (Version 1.2), and so are the liftgate, the appointment window, the limited access venue and a residential delivery.
The fuel surcharge is 0%. The fees on the show side, $150 per non UPS pallet at JOGS, $50 and $25 forklift at 22nd Street, are the shows' own and never appear on a Warp invoice.
Can freight arrive at a Tucson gem show before move in?
Not at the venue.
JOGS says advance shipments cannot be shipped directly to the Tucson Expo Center and routes them through its named advance pallet handler; GJX accepts nothing before the Saturday before opening at noon; the 22nd Street show sells early pallet days at $325.

How do I ship purchases home from the Tucson gem show?

Each one gets its own bill of lading, tracking link and proof of delivery, and a shop with a dock and a house with a driveway pay the same price, because liftgate and residential delivery are $0.
Can Warp carry gemstones, cut stones or jewelry from the show?
No. Precious metals and stones, artwork, antiques and museum items are prohibited commodities on Warp LTL (tariff Section 5). JOGS lists armored carriers for that inventory.
Minerals, fossils, crystals, beads, lapidary rough, display cases and booth fixtures are ordinary palletized freight and ride at the quoted price.
