Engineering
Build the systems behind Warp: the driver app used by 20,000+ carriers, the Orbit AI routing engine, facility scanning and pallet tracking, shipper dashboard, and the Freight API. Tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python for ML. Every code change affects how physical freight moves through cross-docks and onto delivery vehicles.
Operations
Run Warp cross-dock facilities — managing inbound receiving, sortation, outbound dispatch, and carrier quality. Operations managers work directly with facility teams, local carriers, and enterprise shippers. You will handle real freight: pallets, scan events, delivery exceptions, and facility throughput optimization.
Product and growth
Design freight workflows for enterprise shippers, expand Warp into new markets and lanes, and build the tools that operations and sales teams use daily. Product managers work on the shipper experience, carrier experience, and facility operations. Growth leads identify new corridors, onboard carriers, and build density in target markets.
