About Warp

Built to Fix Freight

Warp is an AI-powered middle-mile freight network that helps brands and retailers optimize FTL, LTL, pool distribution, and parcel shipping. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Los Angeles, Warp operates 50+ cross-dock facilities, 1,500+ active lanes, and a carrier network of 10,000+ vehicles across the United States and Canada.

We serve Fortune 500 brands like Walmart, HelloFresh, and DoorDash—along with thousands of mid-market shippers who need freight that actually works: fewer touchpoints, predictable pricing, and real-time visibility from pickup to delivery.

How We Got Here

Before Warp, co-founders Daniel Sokolovsky and Troy Lester built and scaled last-mile delivery networks moving tens of millions of parcels annually. They saw firsthand how the middle mile—the segment between origin and final delivery—was the most broken, opaque, and expensive part of the freight supply chain.

Traditional freight relies on too many handoffs, too many intermediaries, and too little technology. Shipments bounce between terminals, damage rates climb, and shippers have no visibility until something goes wrong. Warp was built to replace that model entirely.

In 2021, Daniel and Troy launched Warp with a simple thesis: own the middle mile with technology, not terminals. By building a digital hub-and-spoke network powered by AI routing, real-time optimization, and a curated carrier fleet, Warp eliminates the inefficiencies that have plagued freight for decades.

Since launch, Warp has raised $18.6M in venture funding, been named to the FreightTech 100, and earned recognition as one of the Most Innovative Companies in logistics.
