What is the Warp Claims Dashboard?

The Claims Dashboard is a free tool that lets Warp shippers see every freight claim filed on their account in one place. Enter the email you filed claims under plus any one of your claim IDs to verify ownership, then the dashboard surfaces every claim with current status, damage type, declared value, and any appeal actions available.

How do I access the dashboard?

Enter the email you used when filing claims and any one of your existing claim IDs (e.g. WRP-2026-12345). The email plus a matching claim ID proves account ownership and unlocks every claim on that email. No password, no signup. If you have never filed a Warp claim, start with the freight claim form.

How long do I have to file a freight claim?

Under the Carmack Amendment, shippers have 9 months from the date of delivery to file a freight claim. Claim documentation should include photos of damage, the signed bill of lading, and the commercial invoice. File at the /tools/freight-claim-form page, then track status in the Claims Dashboard.

Can I submit a claim appeal from the dashboard?

Yes. If a claim is denied or partially approved, the dashboard surfaces an appeal action directly on that claim. Upload additional documentation, add context, and submit the appeal without emailing or calling. Appeal status updates appear in-dashboard.

Are claims decisions final?

Most claim decisions are final after the appeal window closes, but Warp reviews every appeal on the evidence provided. Every Warp shipment includes Carmack Amendment carrier liability up to $100,000 plus a $75K FMCSA surety bond; additional Falvey cargo coverage up to $1M per shipment is available as a booking add-on.
