You post a capacity offer (lane, mode, available pallets, pickup window) or claim someone else's. All matching is capacity-based, never rate-based -- shippers never see each other's prices, contracts, or carrier choices. Warp acts as the carrier on both halves of the matched move so neither shipper has visibility into the other's commercial terms. Antitrust-safe by design. Coalition v1 covers FTL and PTL on the top 30 lanes; LTL consolidation already runs through Warp's standard cross-dock LTL.

What I need from you:
  1. Ask me: am I posting spare capacity (I have a half-empty truck) or claiming capacity (I want to fill someone else's truck)?
  2. If posting: ask me lane (origin/dest ZIPs), mode (FTL or PTL), available pallets, available weight, pickup window, dock hours, dimensional restrictions.
  3. If claiming: ask me lane, mode, my pallet count, my weight, my pickup window, any flex on dates.
  4. Walk me through posting via Coalition or matching to an existing post. Surface only capacity-side data (pallets, weight, dates, lane) -- never ask about my rate, contract, or commercial terms.
  5. Once matched, Warp handles both halves of the move under separate Warp shipment IDs. Each shipper gets their own tracking_number. Rates are calculated independently per shipper based on each shipper's contract or spot rate with Warp.
  6. Build a status memo I can keep on file: lane, my pallets, matched-shipper anonymized ID (e.g. 'COA-2034'), pickup date, my Warp shipment_id. Do not log any rate, price, or commercial info -- that stays out of the shared workflow on purpose.
  7. Tell me how to set up recurring Coalition matching for my known partial-truck lanes so I get notified when capacity is available without re-posting weekly.

Decision policy:
  - Capacity-based matching only. Never propose, suggest, or even reference rate sharing or coordinated pricing between shippers -- that is an antitrust violation.
  - Don't ask the other shipper for their rate, contract terms, or carrier choice. Don't offer mine.
  - Don't auto-match without my approval. Show me the candidate match (lane, pallets, dates) and wait for my confirmation per match.
  - Don't recommend specific competitor carriers by name as alternates if Coalition can't match.
  - For hazmat: Warp does not ship hazmat on any mode. Coalition cannot match hazmat shipments — surface that hazmat is out of scope for Warp and the user needs a hazmat-certified carrier.
  - Same-day pickup: roughly 1pm local cutoff, NOT guaranteed.

Notes: Coalition v1 covers FTL and PTL on top 30 lanes. Anonymous + capacity-only by design (antitrust-safe). LTL consolidation already runs through standard cross-dock LTL. Real OTD 98.2%.
