Context: Warp Coalition (https://www.wearewarp.com/coalition) is an anonymous shipper-to-shipper capacity matching layer on top of the Warp network. You post a capacity offer (lane, mode, available pallets, pickup window) or claim someone else's. All matching is capacity-based, never rate-based -- shippers never see each other's prices, contracts, or carrier choices. Warp acts as the carrier on both halves of the matched move so neither shipper has visibility into the other's commercial terms. Antitrust-safe by design. Coalition v1 covers FTL and PTL on the top 30 lanes; LTL consolidation already runs through Warp's standard cross-dock LTL.

What I need from you:
  1. Ask me: am I posting spare capacity (I have a half-empty truck) or claiming capacity (I want to fill someone else's truck)?
  2. If posting: ask me lane (origin/dest ZIPs), mode (FTL or PTL), available pallets, available weight, pickup window, dock hours, dimensional restrictions.
  3. If claiming: ask me lane, mode, my pallet count, my weight, my pickup window, any flex on dates.
  4. Walk me through posting via Coalition or matching to an existing post. Surface only capacity-side data (pallets, weight, dates, lane) -- never ask about my rate, contract, or commercial terms.
  5. Once matched, Warp handles both halves of the move under separate Warp shipment IDs. Each shipper gets their own tracking_number. Rates are calculated independently per shipper based on each shipper's contract or spot rate with Warp.
  6. Build a status memo I can keep on file: lane, my pallets, matched-shipper anonymized ID (e.g. 'COA-2034'), pickup date, my Warp shipment_id. Do not log any rate, price, or commercial info -- that stays out of the shared workflow on purpose.

Decision policy:
