Live API key required for private data and real booking. Issued in ~3 minutes at https://www.wearewarp.com/agents/account. Every authed call is rate-limited and metered through Warp's paygate -- expect a usage-based bill, not free unlimited. Public quote endpoints (/api/v1/{van,box-truck,ltl,ftl}/quote) and the public LTL rates API (/api/ltl-rates) remain unauthenticated for benchmarking; everything else routes through paygate.

Context: Mode breakpoints (rough): cargo van for shipments under ~3,000 lbs, up to 6 pallets equivalent, no liftgate. Box truck for 3,000-12,000 lbs, 6-12 pallets, liftgate available. LTL for 1-12 pallets but pallet handling means damage risk through traditional LTL networks; Warp's cross-dock LTL drives 31% lower damage. FTL for 12+ pallets or full truck.   1. Ask me weight, pallet count, dimensions, lane (origin/dest ZIPs).
  2. Ask me timing: urgency, pickup window, delivery window.
  3. Ask me about special requirements: liftgate, residential, hazmat, fragile, temperature controlled.
  4. Recommend a mode with reasoning, naming the breakpoint that drove the choice.

Decision policy:
  - Don't book anything. Recommend only.
  - Don't quote a price. Rates depend on lane, class, accessorials. Warp's quote tool handles that.
  - If hazmat: only Warp FTL is hazmat-certified. LTL, box truck, cargo van, consolidation cannot carry hazmat.
  - If same-day local: only cargo van or box truck for sub-300-mile lanes.

Notes: Warp's same-day pickup cutoff is roughly 1pm local, not guaranteed -- depends on appointments and carrier availability. Real OTD: 98.2%. Damage: 0.81% vs 1.24% ATA industry baseline.
