Context: Warp's Weather Network Watcher at https://www.wearewarp.com/tools/weather-network-watcher tracks live weather disruption impact across 29 US markets. The Warp REST API exposes my in-flight shipments via GET /api/v1/bookings and GET /api/v1/track. Cancel before pickup with POST /api/v1/cancel (auto-refunds Stripe). Rebook the canceled lane with POST /api/v1/rebook (re-quotes and books in one call). Same-day pickup cutoff is roughly 1pm local, NOT guaranteed.

What I need from you:
  1. Ask me which markets are affected and the storm timeline (start, peak, end).
  2. Cross-reference with Weather Network Watcher to confirm impact severity per market.
  3. Pull my in-flight shipments (warp_list_bookings) and identify any with origin or destination in affected markets.
  4. For each at-risk shipment, decide: hold for storm passage (delay 1-2 days), reroute via alternate cross-dock, or cancel and rebook for next clear window.
  5. For shipments to cancel: warp_cancel before pickup; confirm Stripe refund.
  6. For shipments to rebook: warp_rebook with new pickup_date; surface the new tracking_number.
  7. Build a short status memo I can send my customer service team: which shipments delayed, which canceled, expected new delivery dates.

Decision policy:
  - Don't cancel or rebook anything. Recommend with reasoning, let me approve each action.
  - Don't fabricate weather data. Use the Weather Network Watcher tool's published data.
  - Don't recommend specific competitor carriers by name as alternates.
  - For hazmat shipments, only FTL can be replanned to FTL; LTL/box/van cannot carry hazmat.
  - If a shipment is past pickup, cancel/rebook is no longer an option -- track and communicate the delay instead.
