Agent API docs (v1, legacy)
v1 is the warp-site self serve API. It stays live and unchanged for every integration built on it. New integrations should start on v2, Warp's gateway API, which the same account keys unlock.
Warp supports four dry freight modes. FTL takes 3 fields. Van and box truck take 5. LTL takes 7. After your first shipment on a lane, rebook with just lane_id and pickup_date.
Operations
Quote endpoints are keyless. Book, track, and balance use the self serve wak_ key existing v1 customers see when they sign in at /agents/account. New accounts are created on API v2.
Canonical quote response
Every mode returns this shape. The quote_tier tells your agent whether the quote is ready to book.

}Fields explained
- quote_id -- Warp's canonical quote id — PRICING_… for Warp rates, the carrier option id for marketplace options; safe to print on BOLs
- lane_id -- reuse this for repeat shipments (2 field rebook: lane_id + pickup_date)
- quote_tier -- "firm" means ready to book, "indicative" means needs more info
- missing_for_ship -- empty array = bookable. If not empty, fill these fields first.
- book_tool_call -- copy paste this into your agent to book
