WARP Driver's Process for A Large Retailer Store Returns/Pickups

Here’s WARP driver's process for a large retailer store returns/pickups and how the store would identify a non FedEx/UPS driver.

1. Arrival at the Store

- WARP drivers arrive at the designated store at the scheduled time, ready to handle both deliveries and pickups efficiently.

2. Driver Identification

- Upon arrival, WARP drivers open the WARP Driver App on their phones, navigating to their assigned route within the app. This app is central to our identification process and ensures smooth operations.

3. Presentation to Store Employee

- The WARP driver approaches the store employee responsible for package handover. The driver then presents their phone screen, which displays the route and driver details, to the store employee.

4. Verification by Store Employee

- The store employee verifies the information displayed on the WARP Driver App screen, ensuring it matches the day’s scheduled route and driver details. This step confirms the driver's identity and their authorization to collect or deliver packages, distinguishing them from non-FedEx/UPS drivers.

5. Package Retrieval

- Once verified, the store employee will hand over the packages designated for that day’s route to the WARP driver. The driver will then scan the packages before placing them into the cargo van, ensuring that all items are accounted for before departing.
